Dave has the proven ability to deliver practical, value-added solutions to clients across multiple industries including construction, retail, manufacturing, professional services, and technology. Known for a hands-on approach, Dave strives to understand the full scope of his client’s business to deliver tailored, impactful advice.

Dave began his career in 1998 at Hertzbach & Company, P.A., and continued there until a merger with BDO USA in 2020. At BDO USA, Dave served as an assurance director for four years before transitioning to a small, local CPA firm, then later joining Acclare Solutions.
